Marketing Faculty and Students Share Zappos’ Happiness

Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, spoke to a gathering of Fordham students, faculty and staff on “Delivering Happiness,” his philosophy of business at Zappos: that branding through customer service, combined with a unique corporate culture, results in happy customers, happy employees and a very powerful business model.

Center Project Coordinator, Luke Kachersky, and Professors Michael Chattalas and Sertan Kabadayi then met with Mr. Hsieh in the Zappos Happiness Bus, sharing ideas and observations.
